Batchelar Fine and Rare Wine have teamed up with the exceptionally talented kitchen at Wellington’s sleek and stylish Vivo Enoteca Cucina to create an exclusive fine Italian wine dinner for 10 privileged guests. In the stunning, wine-themed private dining room, we will enjoy a champagne aperitif (we went French – just this once) Pieropan Soave, Marengo Brunate Barolo 1999, Gaja Barbaresco Sorì San Lorenzo 1995, a sweet and light Moscato di Asti followed by Tommasi Amarone 2000 in magnum, coffee and grappa. What better way to spend a cold winter’s evening than in great company sharing in some of the finest food and Italian wine Wellington has to offer.
