Each person will receive a "Mystery" wine flight and an antipasto (appetizer) each, Owner Sylvie Berti will walk you through a formal tasting, then provide some background, hints and tips on the wine, you will make your own observations and notes as well.

You will have a chance to test your knowledge after you are provided with the "clues"!
