In honour of our country's upcoming birthday we will explore a selection of yummy wines from across Canada. We'll taste wines from as many of the provinces as possible, learning about each region as we go. Classic selections will include Niagara Riesling, a 'big' red from B.C., and some interesting picks from some lesser-known wine producing areas.
