We visit 3 countries that each deliver different flavours in your glass.

In Chile we visit include world class Montes, rising stars Matetic, Casas de Bosque and Tarapaca and the superb De Martino, Carmen, Concha y Toro and Torres. We stay on a Hacienda and cross the stunning Andes.

In Argentina there is huge potential which we see at Mayan Temple inspired Catena Zapata, Zuccardi and family run Cassone. Here we also visit the high vineyards of Tupungato to taste with Bodegas Lurton and Pinot specialist Salentein. After this there is the vibrant city of Buenos Aires to explore.

Uruguay is the surprise, with almost ‘old world’ style wines. The visits include a great tasting with Juanico and a memorable lunch with Daniel Pisano. Montevideo is a fascinating place and the town of Colonia is utterly charming.
