Assembly of Wine-producing European Regions, Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and Odessa Regional State Administration are considered to be constitutors of the Exhibitions.

Exhibition scientific patronage is conducted by Scientific Research Centre - Tairov Winegrowing and Winemaking Institute and Maharach Grapes and Wine National Institute of Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Science
